1. Copyright Ownership: The Licensor Augustin Galatanu remains the sole and exclusive owner of the original copyright of the Work.
2. Grant of License: The Licensor grants you (the "Licensee") a non-exclusive non-transferable royalty-free license to use the photography/videography work (the "Work") for any purpose including but not limited to: Advertising Editorial and Promotional activities.
3. Scope of Use: The Licensee may use the Work an unlimited number of times without any time restrictions for Commercial Non-commercial or any other lawful purpose.
4. Attribution: The Licensee shall provide appropriate credit to the Licensor in all uses of the Work.
5. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
